for construction of the scheme of a network to start periodically to start
through what that time. For this purpose it is possible to take advantage of
means of operational system. In Windows there is program Scheduled Task, or to take advantage of a command at. In UNIX
similar systems it is necessary to adjust periodic start of the program through
crontab.

as follows:
To start every day at 9:00, 12:00, 15:00
scanning only for definition of connection of clients (java-jar Neb.jar-hostscan),
at 18:00 to start full scanning a network (java-jar Neb.jar).
